We source our suet from farms that are not only grass-fed, but use regenerative farming practices. Regenerative farms use practices like cover cropping and crop rotation to regenerate the soil, which leads to healthier plants & animals. Rotational grazing is used to promote healthier pastures and avoid over grazing, while sequestering carbon into the soil.
