Refund policy
At Chesapeake Goods & Co., each product is handcrafted in small batches and is considered a personal care item. For the safety of our customers and the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unwanted products.
Because our products cannot be resold once they have left our facility, all sales are considered final.
We understand that tallow skincare may be new to some customers. To help you find the right fit before purchasing larger sizes, we offer smaller 1 oz jars and other introductory options. We also provide a discount for first-time customers who join our email list.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and sizing information before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations.
