Shipping

Orders ship out in 1-2 days. Tallow is heat-sensitive. During the summer, we prepare our tallow for shipping by cooling and wrapping it in thermal packaging. If a product is melted upon arrival, don't worry! It is still good for use and should return to its original state if refrigerated. 

Returns

Returns: We do not currently offer returns on our whipped tallow and other skincare products unless they are defective or broken upon arrival, at which they will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. We recommend purchasing a 1-ounce jar for our customers who are new to tallow. We offer 10% discounts on all orders for first-time customers who subscribe to our email list.
